Reports ran in VE_reports can now be restricted by date ranges and practitioners
Report date ranges and practitioners can now be restricted for all sections within reports.exe.
Date ranges can be restricted to one of the following: today, within a week/month/year, and all time. This can be configured under each user list>other>reports section.
Restrict based on practitioner associated with the logged in user. To do so you will need to
Ensure user is associated with practitioner in the user list in admin
Then under each report section when limiting levels. choose report levels with the words “Assigned Practitioner”
Users not associated with a practitioner but are set to a user level with the words “Assigned practitioner” will not have access to any reports other than the custom section. They would need to have access to all practitioners to gain access to report areas.
