Creating Email Templates for Visual-Eyes

When emailing your patients within Visual-Eyes you may want to have a different template based on your patients needs. For example, if a patient buys a particular set of glasses that has a unique warranty, you can have a special email template created that your team can use to email the invoice to the patient with the warranty information in the email. 
Go into VE Admin - Manager - Email Settings
Once in there, right click on the name of the module you would like to create the template for, Invoice, Rx, Linking, Exam Rx, Visual Forms, Insurance Policy, Patient Screen. Then click on Create New 'Module Name' Template.
Next you will need to enter in a Template Name, this is what will display in the Email screen in Visual-Eyes, Subject, this is the name of the email that the patient will see, and the Body, this is where the text would go for the email. If you do not want the attached file in the email to be password protected you will need to ensure that the box next to Password Protect is unchecked, this includes removing the ?. Then click OK. Exit out of VE Admin and click Publish All.
Next in Visual-Eyes, go to the module you created the new template for and when you click on the Email button you will see the new template name in the right column under the Change Layout. Double click on the new name and the email template will change to the new one created. From there you can modify the wording of the email body if needed and then click Send.
