How to Access Training Documents

Training Videos & Webinars
We offer an extensive library of training videos for Visual-Eyes and Visual Care services, available on our website: www.visual-eyes.ca

Access these resources by creating a user account with these steps:
  1. Visit www.visual-eyes.ca, and click on Login / Register
  2. Select "Do not have an account yet? Register now."
  3. Complete the registration form and click 'SUBMIT'
  4. Once your account is approved (you will receive a confirmation email), return to the Login / Register page and log in
  5. Navigate to the Support tab at the top of the website, where you will now have access to the 'Videos & Webinars' section
Thinkific Training Courses
We also offer additional, comprehensive training courses available through our Thinkific page, which requires a separate account. To register, follow these steps:
  1. Go to www.visual-eyes.ca and select Support > Training Resources
  2. Select the 'Register for X Course' button for the desired course
  3. After a few minutes, return to the Training Resources page, where you will now see an 'Access X Course' button for the selected course 
  4. You can also access all registered courses via the 'Access Enrolled Courses' button at the bottom of the page
