If you are looking to make some changes to your Referral letters you can do so by following this guide.
Step 1
Log into Exam Admin
Step 2
click on Panel Export Text
Step 3
In the Panel Drop Down list select Referral Letter, please leave Panel Group set to All
Step 4
On the top right side select the Panel you wish to Edit
Step 5
Click the Edit button
Step 6
You can make the changes to the panel in the center part of the screen. You can use the Tools in the Letter Layout section to help with the changes.
Step 7
If you need to have the panel pull information from the patient or the clinic you can click on the View Fields button on the top right and a new small screen will appear that will have the codes that can be used. For example, if you want it to display the patient name you can double click on the part that says FirstName and then it will put that code in the message and then you can double click on LastName and it will put that in too and then on the letter it will show the name of the patient.
Step 8
When you are finished with it you can click Preview to see how it will look, it will insert generic information in the sections where you used codes from Step 7
Step 9
You can click Save and then Exit
Step 10
Click Save Exam DB and then you can close down Exam Admin
