How to Access Visual-Eyes Online Training Resources


Visual Academy provides all Visual-Eyes users with unlimited access to structured online training resources at no additional cost. All staff members can use this dedicated platform to enhance onboarding, master workflows, and stay informed as features evolve.

Prerequisites

  • A valid email address (a professional work email is preferred, but personal email addresses are acceptable).
  • Your clinic must have an active Visual-Eyes license with an ongoing subscription.

How to Access Visual Academy

  1. Access the Visual Academy Registration Link.
  2. Complete the brief registration form by entering:
    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Clinic Phone #
    • Clinic Name
  3. Click Submit.
  4. You will see a confirmation page confirming your submission.
  5. If you wish to register additional team members, use the option provided on this screen.

Following submission, an email containing your registration link will be sent to the address you provided.

Verifying Access

  • Once you receive the email, click the registration link within the message to complete setup and gain access to Visual Academy.
  • If registering multiple users, repeat the submission process as needed.

Common Issues

Issue: You do not receive the registration confirmation email.

Fix: Check your email junk or spam folder for a message from a "Zoho Learn Notification" address. If the email cannot be found, contact admin@visual-eyes.ca or trainers@visual-eyes.ca for assistance.

Tip: Register all team members during onboarding to ensure consistent training from day one. Visual Academy content is updated regularly, so encourage staff to revisit the platform periodically to stay current with new features and best practices.
