How to Access Visual-Eyes Online Training Resources
Visual Academy provides all Visual-Eyes users with unlimited access to structured online training resources at no additional cost. All staff members can use this dedicated platform to enhance onboarding, master workflows, and stay informed as features evolve.
Prerequisites
A valid email address (a professional work email is preferred, but personal email addresses are acceptable)
Your clinic must have an active Visual-Eyes license with an ongoing subscription

How to Access Visual Academy
Complete the brief registration form by entering:
Name
Clinic Name
Email Address
Click Submit.
You will see a confirmation page confirming your submission.
Following submission, an email containing your registration link will be sent to the address you provided.
Verifying Access
Once you receive the email, click the registration link within the message to complete setup and gain access to Visual Academy.
If registering multiple users, repeat the submission process as needed.
Common Issues
Issue: You do not receive the registration confirmation email
Fix: Check your email’s junk or spam folder for a message from a Zoho Learn Notification address. If the email cannot be found, contact Trainers@visual-eyes.ca for assistance.
