Fixing the Locked By User Error

If you are receiving an error informing you that a part of Visual-Eyes is currently Locked by a particular User, , and even after the user exited out of Visual-Eyes the error is still appearing. To fix this error, you will need to log into VE Admin and click on the Manager Tab and then click on the Clear Locks button. In the next screen, find the lock that is listed that is having the issue, it may list multiple locks as Visual-Eyes does lock sections that are being accessed by users, double click on the box next to the one that is having the issue, look under the User section and find the one that is listed in the error, and then click on Clear Selected Locks. Then Exit and Publish All and then you should be able to access the section that was locked before.
