Turning On/Off Print Preview
The first section to set Print or Email Preview is located in the Local Settings! tab located on the Main Family Screen. In the Local Settings there are two boxes, one called Global Print Preview and the other Global Email Preview. If these are turned on then any time you click print or email on this workstation then a preview of the printout will load up before it will print or email.
If you would like to only Preview particular printouts in a Visual-Eyes module, you can do that by going to module you would like to have previewed and right click on the Print button and then check mark the box next to the word Preview.
If you would like to only have one particular printout be previewed in a module, you will need to click on the Local Settings! Tab on the main Family Screen and then click on the Local Reports then select the module you would like to set from the drop down list Section and then select the printout in the list below that. After you select the printout check mark the box next to Preview then click Save.
