This could be due to a couple of things.
One, the scheduler was dragged off screen. This can only happen with Windows 10 or earlier versions, right click on any empty space on your taskbar then uncheck the Lock all Taskbars option, if it is already unchecked that is fine. Then when you hover your mouse over the top of the taskbar you should see it turn into an up and down arrow. Click and hold on that and then move it up a bit, this will increase the length of the taskbar, then release the mouse button and it should realign all of the windows and bring the scheduler back.
For Windows 11, it is much harder for it to have Windows go past the taskbar so they don't have this same option. The Scheduler may appear as just the top part of it. If you do see that you an click the maximize button, see the icon in the red circle in the image below.
If that doesn't work then close down all of the Visual-Eyes programs and go to C:\VE7\ or C:\VE6, whichever one your workstation has and in there you should see a folder called Lookup. Delete that folder then reload Visual-Eyes.
If the scheduler still does not show up then the next step is to close down Visual-Eyes again and then go into C:\VE7\Programs or C:\VE6\Programs and in there you will see a file called FormVE.iiii. This file controls the display of the scheduler screen. Delete that file then reload Visual-Eyes.
