Cannot access online training
When attempting to access the our online help training resources. Then you will need to do the following:
Must have an activated account to proceed. Click Here to register.
- Login into your account
- Click on the Support Tab
- Then go to Training Resources
- Register to the course you would like to use.
- This will take you into the course. Note that it will need a minute or two to transfer the account information to our help area. We recommend that you watch the video on the page to help you get familiar with the online training resources that we do offer.
- Click on Get started
- Choose the resource you had chosen in step IV
