Otto being sent without patient information
If you are sending or receiving Otto orders labeled as 'Stock Orders' without the patient's information, it is because the patient does not have explicit consent set up in their file. If this is the case, when you click Send Order you should see a pop-up saying "This order will be sent without patient details and will be shipped to the clinic". Select the Cancel Sending button, then go to the patient's file, click the @edit button on the left side, then set their Email and/or SMS consent to Deliberate. Next, set the Entry Method to reflect how you confirmed the patient's consent to send their information to Otto, either Verbal if you asked them directly, or Signed if you have a form they can sign. Otto will then send reminders to the patient when their contact Lenses need re-ordering. Now, you can go back to the order, click Send Order, and it will be sent to Otto with the patient information.
