How to search for a patient using their email

To search via email in Visual-Eyes when you click on Find in the top left click on where it says Alternate Search and then select Email in the drop down list. If you still do not see it in there then you can go into your Visual Care Admin Portal and under Settings select Communications then click on Full Log. In the next screen you can enter the date range and the name of the patient and it will show any messages sent to that patient and the email address that it was sent to.
