Limiting billing by Date or Age
Added in three new fields into the Billing Items screen called Max Allowed, Min Days since and Max # in limit. Each works slightly differently and will show different warning/error messages.
- "Max allowed since" will prevent the user from entering in more of that billing type if they go over the number entered into that field. (The number is amount of days)
- "Min days Since" will not let a user enter in that billing if another billing has already been entered into that users profile and its still within the # of days entered in that field
- "Max # in Limit" will still allow you to save the billing but it will give a warning letting the user know they have gone over the limit and it might be declined when sent to the government.
To use Max allowed since and Min days since you have to have the required check box selected as these only work if you have a previous billing group selected.

We have also added in a area called Load Items that will (once we get more complete billing lists from the other provinces) let us update a provinces (It says AHC since my test clinic is in Alberta) billing files from our server through the Automatically Update button. This will pull down the list from our server and update the items and the details if there is any changes. The select import JSON file and Update Current Item Fees is a manual method if we have a JSON file of the updated billings. You would just select were that JSON file is, which Bill To you are updating and then hit Update Current Items Fees to start the process.
