Visual Forms Tablet Manager

Tablet Landing Page:

Using the page:
Upon entering the landing page you will be prompted to sign into a clinic admin account. This will be the same account as in Visual Care.


On the Page you will see:


  1. Visual Form Name

  2. Patient Name

  3. Appointment Date and Time

  4. The status of the Visual Form

  5. A button to start the form

  6. A search bar which you can use the patient name or form name to search

  7. A refresh button used to gather new Visual Forms (We refresh the page every 60 seconds)


When a form is started from this page, a log in the “ve_checkin_tablets” will be created with the sdetailid and the adminid that started the form. 


From the perspective of a patient, once the form is started it will function identically to how it normally works.
