Email Campaign not reaching most patients

Check the counts for the campaign blast

Things to check:
Does the campaign have a subject?
If there is no subject, Our system will refuse to send the email and it will show up as an error in the communication log. The campaign shouldn’t save without a subject, but it has somehow happened before and we weren’t able to replicate it.
Is it all consent fails?
check the campaign types
if they’ve copied an old emergency campaign and are no longer in emergency mode.
check the ignore implied settings

when ignore implied is checked off, it requires that the patient have both deliberate email consent and a matching can send checked off. This problem is especially common with converted clinics, as their patients frequently don't have can-sends set properly.
Click the little “More Info” link next to campaign types in the campaign editor to see what consent settings are needed for the patient to get the email.

Are they mostly “no email” fails?
