Turn On Notification for Text Conversations in VIsual-Eyes
Step One
Log into Visual-Eyes
Step Two
Click on Local Settings located in the top bar of Visual-Eyes
Step Three
Click on the User Tab in the Local Settings window
Step Four
Scroll down to Conversations and check mark the box next to Notify on Unread Conversations
After that is set for the User the Text Px button will turn Red when there is an unread message from a patient.
