Rx Lens Price Override settings

A brand new setting has been added into the VE-Admin program under the owner section for the Rx area called Rx Settings. It contains the following new options that you can customize at the office for limiting the use of the manual price override in the Rx screen within Visual-Eyes. The following new screen looks like the screenshots below.

Now an explanation of what the options will do in the Rx Screen if they are selected.

1. If the first checkbox (Disable Manual…) is not selected, any user that can access the Rx page and has the correct user permissions has full override abilities.
2. If the User’s level is at (or above) the level mentioned in the dropdown, they will also have full override abilities when the first checkbox is selected.
3. If the first checkbox is selected, the second is not selected, and the user does not meet the dropdown level, the override boxes should be disabled.
4. If both checkboxes are selected and the user level is below the dropdown level, the user can access the override area, but if they enter a price below the default lens price, it will automatically replace that with the default price. That use can still however enter in a higher price into the override section as per the Allow Price increase checkbox.

 We are talking about this Price Override area in the Rx screen.
