  2. Select your preferred appointment time.

  3. Complete the booking form with your contact information, including the phone number you wish to be contacted at, and provide a brief description of your technical issue.

  4. Confirm your appointment booking.

What Happens Next

A senior Visual-Eyes support agent will call the phone number you provided at your scheduled appointment time. Please ensure you are at your workstation and ready to demonstrate or discuss your issue to help expedite the resolution process.
