To add a password to your emails that get sent out within Visual-Eyes you will need to go into VE Admin - Manager - Email Settings
Next you will need to select the Email Template on the left side that you would like to Password Protect and check mark the box next to Password Protect.
Next click OK. Then click Publish All.
The password is the first 3 letters of the patient name, all lower care and the year they were born, all numerical. For Example, if a patient named John Doe born August 1st 1990 got a password protected email then the password would be doe1990.
If the patient only as 2 letters for their last name then it would be the 2 letters and the year they were born.
